Booking & Cancellation policy

Gina hopes you will take this in good faith and integrity. She is keen to offer you the best possible experience on retreat but sometimes things don’t go according to plan so here are her guidelines.



  • Your retreat space is confirmed once you have paid your deposit. Gina doesn’t hold spaces open without a deposit.

  • 100% non-refundable



Gina hopes you won’t ever have to cancel your stay but if, in the unlikely event that you do, the following applies:

  • Please notify Gina as soon as you can that you can’t come.

  • Contact your insurance company to see if you can claim the whole amount back. Some companies do fully refund you depending on your circumstances.

  • Full payment is required 6 weeks before the retreat. If you cancel within 6 weeks leading up to retreat start, 0% of your money will be returned as Gina will already have committed to your costs for the accommodation and catering.

  • If you cancel within 3 months of the retreat 50% of the difference between the full amount and the deposit will be refunded.

  • If you cancel within 6 months you will receive a full refund apart from the deposit
